NexWave provides comprehensive email capabilities for sending, receiving, and automating email communications directly within the system.

## Incoming Email (IMAP/POP3)

## Notifications

Automate email sending based on document events:

| New     | When a document is created |
| Save    | When a document is saved |
| Submit / Cancel | When a document is submitted or cancelled |
| Value Change | When a specific field value changes |
| Days Before/After | Date-based scheduling |

**Channels:** Email, SMS, Slack, System Notification

## Configuration

### Email Account Settings

Navigate to **Settings > Email Account** to configure:

| Setting | Description |
|---------|-------------|
| Email Address | The email address for this account |
| Service | Select provider or use custom domain |
| Auth Method | Basic (password) or OAuth |
| Enable Incoming | Receive emails via this account |
| Enable Outgoing | Send emails via this account |
| Default Account | Set as default for incoming/outgoing |

### Notification Settings

Navigate to **Settings > Notification** to create automated notifications.
