Start a NexWave Cloud Trial
This guide walks you through creating a NexWave Cloud account, choosing the right edition, configuring your site, completing checkout, and opening the site after setup finishes.
Use this guide when you are starting from the self-service NexWave Cloud signup page. If your NexWave site has already been created for you, use the password setup email you received instead.
Before you start
Have these details ready:
Your work email address.
Your business name and address.
Your GST number, if your business has one.
The country or region your business operates in.
The edition, team size, and billing cycle you want to start with.
A preferred Subdomain for your site. It must be at least 5 characters, use lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens, and cannot start or end with a hyphen.
An optional company logo image.
A payment method, if the checkout page asks for one. Some trials can start without a card, while others collect a card but do not charge during the trial period.
Step 1: Create your account
Open the NexWave Cloud signup page.
Create your NexWave Cloud account
Enter your Full name.
Enter your Work email.
Click Send sign-in code.
Check your inbox for the six-digit code.
Enter the code on the Verify your email page.
The code expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, or if you entered the wrong code, click Send a new code after the resend timer finishes.
If you already have a NexWave Cloud account, click Sign in instead and enter the code sent to your email address.
Step 2: Choose your edition
The Choose your NexWave edition page shows the editions available for your region.
Set Region to the country you want the site configured for.
Choose Billing: Annual or Monthly.
Choose Team size: 1-5 users or 6-20 users.
Review the edition cards. Each card shows the edition name, included modules, monthly amount, and billing notes.
Select the edition you want.
Click Continue.
Some editions are only available for certain billing cycles or team sizes. If a card is disabled, change Billing or Team size, or choose another edition.
Step 3: Configure your site
On the Configure your site page, first confirm the plan summary at the top. Click Change if you need to go back and pick a different edition, billing cycle, or team size.
Then fill in the site details:
Enter your Subdomain. NexWave checks availability as you type.
Wait until the page shows the subdomain is available.
Enter Company name.
Enter GST number, if applicable.
Upload a Company logo, if you want the logo added during setup.
Enter Address line 1, Address line 2 if needed, City, Region, and Postcode.
Tick Include demo data only if you want sample customers, suppliers, items, and transactions added to the new site.
Review the free-trial message, if shown.
Click Continue.
Only tick Include demo data when the site is for evaluation or training. Leave it unticked for a live business site unless you specifically want sample records.
Step 4: Complete checkout
After you click Continue, NexWave shows Redirecting to Stripe and sends you to checkout.
Follow the checkout instructions. Depending on the current trial settings, you may see one of these flows:
No card is needed today. Add a payment method from your dashboard before the trial ends.
No charge today. A card is collected so the subscription can continue after the trial.
Standard checkout. Enter the requested payment details and confirm.
If checkout does not open, return to the form and try again. If the same error repeats, contact support from the button shown on the page.
Step 5: Wait for site setup
After checkout, NexWave returns you to the setup status page.
You will see:
Setting up your site.
Site, showing the site address being prepared.
Status, showing the current setup state.
Setup steps, showing the setup timeline.
Keep the page open while setup runs. The page refreshes the status automatically.
If the page says it has not received payment confirmation yet, click Verify payment and continue. Use this only after you have completed checkout.
If the page shows Provisioning failed, use the action shown on screen:
Click Retry provisioning when NexWave can continue from the existing setup.
Click Edit signup and retry when you need to change the subdomain or other signup details.
You are not charged again when retrying from the failed setup page.
Step 6: Open your site
When setup completes, the page shows Your site is ready and displays your site address.
Check your inbox for the password setup email.
Follow the single-use password setup link.
Choose a password.
Click Open my site to open your NexWave site, or click Go to dashboard to manage it from NexWave Cloud.
The dashboard lists your sites under Active instances. From each site card you can:
Click Open site to launch the NexWave site.
Click Resend setup email if the password setup email did not arrive.
Click Manage billing to open the billing portal.
Click Retry failed setup if the site is active but an optional setup step still needs attention.
Review checks after opening the site
After you sign in for the first time, confirm:
The company name is correct.
The address and regional details are correct.
The logo appears if you uploaded one.
The site uses the expected region and currency.
Demo records are present only if you ticked Include demo data.
Contact support if a required setup detail is missing or incorrect.
