# Stock Warehouses

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and use the stock warehouse feature on the NexWave platform. It is beneficial for individuals who need to manage and monitor stock balances efficiently. NexWaveERP supports unlimited Warehouses and has the hierarchical feature to group locations together if needed

## Step 1: Navigate to the Stock Menu

## Step 2: Click "Warehouse" to view the full list of defined Warehouses

Click "Warehouse" to view the full list of defined Warehouses. Users with the correct permissions can also create new Warehouse locations within this screen

## Step 4: Click "Tree" to view the full hierarchical structure of the Warehouse locations

## Step 5: Click here to navigate down the tree structure

## Step 6: Click "Finished Goods - NW" to view this record

## Step 7: Click "Edit" to open up the full Warehouse record for the item selected

## Step 8: Within the Warehouse record, you can associate the warehouse to a company…

Within the Warehouse record, you can associate the warehouse to a company within the company structure. You can also determine the parent and and contact information about the warehouse.

## Step 9: NexWaveERP also supports In-Transit warehouse locations if required

## Step 10: Click "Stock Balance" to view all items within the warehouse

## Step 11: You will be navigated to the Stock Ledger to review all items and quantities…

You will be navigated to the Stock Ledger to review all items and quantities in and out of the selected warehouse over the selected time period. You can change the filters in the header to view additional information
